“The Terroir of Oysters”. Like with wine, “terroir” is used to describe the environmental factors that impact the flavor, texture and color of oysters. We’re teaming up with our friends at Metropolitan Seafood for an in depth oyster tasting to explore different terroirs around the continent. Each oyster will be purposefully paired with our estate-grown wines, presented by owner and winemaker Mike Beneduce alongside owner and fishmonger Mark Drabich.
$125/guest includes 7 different oysters (2 ea.) and a special ‘finale’ selection, along with pours of our paired wines. Light fare of local cheeses and salumi will also be provided. The Pairing begins at 7pm, on our covered outdoor Crush Pad. Tickets are now available under “Make a Reservation”.
