Dry Riesling

An intensely aromatic, full-flavored white with a rich texture and spicy finish

CRAFTED SERIES
More experimental and playful in nature, these low-intervention wines are made in limited quantities using ancient techniques like skin contact, field blending & bottle fermentation. Wines in this series are often unfiltered and made with minimal sulfites, so be prepared to embrace a bit of sediment from these living, breathing beauties. They are uniquely delicious and, as their corresponding Italian hand gestures suggest, full of personality.

A juicy, sparkling dry white fermented in the bottle; unfiltered
Rosé Pet Nat
A sparkling dry rosé made from Blaufränkisch grapes bottled during active fermentation; unfiltered
Chambrusco
A dry, frizzante style red, bottle fermented with native yeast; unfiltered
Tuxedo
A white wine made from black grapes; gently-pressed Pinot Noir aged in neutral French oak
Intermezzo
This orange wine is made from Gewürztraminer grapes fermented with ten days of skin contact
Shotgun Red
An off-dry red field blend; fruit-forward and aged in stainless steel
ACQUA PAZZA
Meaning "crazy water" in Italian, Acqua Pazza is our version of piquette - made from twice pressed grape skins, refermented in the bottle with a bit of raw wildflower honey from our neighbors at Zach + Zoe Sweet Bee Farm. Sustainable, seasonal and low alcohol, we like to think of it as a "session sparkler".
