Prepared by Chef Andrew Mercado over wood fires in the vineyard, this meal will include fresh farm-to-table selections carefully paired with our estate grown wines. Through an array of local ingredients, we'll be paying homage to the bounty that our beautiful Hunterdon County land and surrounding area provides. Dinner will be served family-style, with communal seating set around our 'Nanny Tree' at the center of our stunning vineyard during the peak of harvest.
